Interestingly, PBA wasn’t part of a grand business plan.
Like many Australians, my property journey started with buying a home.

One day, after assisting another person with an investment property purchase, a real estate agent asked me a simple question:
“Are you a buyer’s agent?”
At the time, I wasn’t.
But that question stayed with me.
It made me realise there were many people looking for independent guidance, strategic advice and someone genuinely acting in their best interests throughout the property journey.
That conversation eventually led to the creation of Property Buyer’s Advisory or PBA as we know it today.
