Meet the Founder

Interestingly, PBA wasn’t part of a grand business plan.

Like many Australians, my property journey began with buying a home. Over time, I built a personal property portfolio, completed renovation and subdivision projects, and developed a deep passion for property investment and helping others make better property decisions.

As friends and family saw the progress we were making, they began asking for guidance with their own property journeys. What started as casual conversations soon evolved into helping people identify opportunities, avoid costly mistakes, and purchase investment properties aligned with their goals through independent property advice.

One day, while negotiating on an investment property for a friend, a real estate agent asked me a simple question:

“Are you a buyer’s agent?”

At the time, I wasn’t.

But that question stayed with me. It made me realise there were many people looking for trusted guidance, strategic advice, and someone genuinely acting in their best interests throughout the property journey.

That conversation ultimately led to the creation of Property Buyers Advisory Australia – a business built on independence, transparency, and helping buyers and sellers make confident property decisions.
